The CenDel Foundation is proud to announce the scholarship winner from the Dr. C. Edward Graybeal Scholarship Fund. Congratulations to Milford High School senior, Sofia Lopez, who was awarded a $20,000 scholarship through the Dr. C. Edward Graybeal fund. The funds will be distributed over four years.

 

Ms. Lopez is attending the University of Delaware in the fall and plans to study Mechanical Engineering.

 

“Being awarded the Dr. C. Edward Graybeal scholarship represents and acknowledges my hard work throughout high school and my potential in college. I can pursue my future educational and career goals freely,” said Sofia Lopez.

 

The late Dr. Graybeal, the scholarship’s namesake, understood the value of financial aid and established the Dr. C. Edward Graybeal Scholarship Fund to grant scholarships to students pursuing higher education.
