The CenDel Foundation is now accepting applications to fill a first-floor office suite in the CenDel Community Building (101 W. Loockerman Street, Dover, DE 19904.
The rent is $906.93 a month and includes two private parking spaces, utilities, (except the phone/internet service), a storage area, maintenance, and janitorial services.
Shared areas include the newly renovated conference room, kitchen, and restrooms.
All eligible 501(C)3 organizations are encouraged to apply.

The conference room includes smart-TV and phone access, kitchen and serving areas, and more.
Nonprofit Room rental fee $50.00 per hour, after 5 pm - $75.00 per hour
Business Room rental fee $100.00 per hour, after 5 pm - $125.00 per hour
Minimum of two hours for a meeting
Minimum of four hours for events
